What is your return policy?
I usually do not offer refunds on BRAND NEW/SEALED DVDs. All the opened/used DVDs have been played on 2 different DVD players prior to selling. If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us with the problem and we will glady work out a refund (minus seller fees and shipping).
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We usually send out the morning after we receive your payment. Remember checks have to be cleared before we send your item out and e-checks can take up to a week to clear.
